Meticulous, Creative, Driven; Claudia Bianchi has made her career about redefining the food industry. A formally trained chef with a background in Design and Media studies, she has become Canada’s most sought after TV culinary producer and food stylist. Recognized as one of the “Top 10 Women Changing the Canadian Food Industry”, always influencing the Canadian palate from behind the scenes.
Claudia and her team have driven many Canadian productions such as Top Chef, Chopped and most recently, Chuck and Danny’s Road Show. She has supported celebrity chefs such as Jamie Oliver, Gordon Ramsay and Marco Pierre White. All the while developing and consulting on recipes for corporations and food styling for advertising campaigns, magazines and packaging. Celebrating her legacy, she was presented with the Ontario Hostelry Institute Gold Award for her countless industry contributions.
She is now focused on a shared vision, with her husband, of reimagining and elevating the bounds of Canadian Cuisine. She is working tirelessly behind the scenes, to enable the creation of sustainable nourishing Canadian food at their home and restaurant, Actinolite. Claudia is motivated to successfully lead this change in Canadian culinary culture, by her two boys Toby and Emilio.
