Dennis The Prescott
Dennis Prescott is a chef, food writer, and food photographer based in Moncton, New Brunswick. After years of travelling as a full-time musician and tired of eating off the dollar menu, Prescott visited the Nashville Public Library and borrowed three Jamie Oliver cookbooks. From that first recipe, Dennis’ interest in learning to cook exploded from mild inspiration to culinary obsession.
Now, Dennis The Prescott has amassed a devoted following on Instagram and works with international clients to create ad campaign content. He writes a column for Food & Wine / FWx, was included in the Globe & Mail’s prestigious The Food 53 roundup, and has travelled the globe cooking from New York to Nairobi. His first cookbook, Eat Delicious (William Morrow / HarperCollins), hits store shelves this April 2017.
