Devin Connell opened Delica Kitchen in Toronto in November 2009, (two Toronto locations). As a café/bakery specializing in gourmet sandwiches, soups, salads and baked goods, Delica Kitchen has received frequent media recognition for its food, and design. Devin has appeared on City Line, Breakfast Television, Metro Morning CBC News and Entertainment Tonight Canada. She was a guest judge on Top Chef Canada and was a co-star on Food Network Canada’s, Chef in Your Ear.
She is a featured chef at Toronto Pearson Airport for Heirloom Bakery & Café in Terminals 1 & 3, and consults to various Canadian food and beverage companies. She is the co-author of Two Dishes Cookbook (Mclellend & Stewart), a recipe developer, food and beverage trend forecaster and food and travel writer.
Devin holds a BFA in Graphic Design from Parsons School of Design, New York, an Art Business Certificate from Sotheby’s Institute, London, England and a certificate of Fine Pastry Techniques from The Cordon Bleu, Paris, France.
Devin is a wife and mother to two son’s aged 1 and 4. A healthy family lifestyle, centered around the kitchen is one of her greatest passions.
